Khar Gymkhana is a club in suburban Mumbai well known for the sports facilities they provide.

Asa along with a few selected architects were invited to give a design proposal for a proposed extension to the existing building.

The brief was to demolish part of the existing building and construct a new building with new entrance lobby, library, an indoor swimming pool, auditorium, restaurants, billiards room, guest rooms and additional car parking.
